The Thurstons – Ready for this weekend!
Hey Everyone,
I’m very excited to share information with you about the upcoming weekend, but first I want to say Congratulations to Marni.
Many of you know that Marni is an Olympic Weight Lifter. She’s been having a great year, but yesterday was quite a highlight for her, as she was competing in Montreal in the Worlds Competition.
Marni took first place and is now the World Master Champion. She has worked hard, and her hard work has paid off. Be sure to say Congratulations to her when you see her in a Thurston concert or service. Look for picture updates on Facebook to be posted soon.
This Weekend:
One of the most exciting events of the year takes place this weekend in Sebewaing, MI at Bay Shore Camp. It’s the Lloyd Severence Thumb Gospel Music Convention. The Thurstons go on at 11:40am on Saturday. We’d love for you all to be with us.
We’ll be at two great churches on Sunday, as well.
I also want to let you know about an event that takes place on Friday Night, August 30th. The Thurstons will appear for the first time ever at the, “Singing In The Woods”, in Nashville, MI.

Sunday, August 25th – Cros-Lex Assembly of God Church, Croswell, MI @ 10am
Sunday, August 25th – Wadhams Baptist Church, Kimball, MI @ 6pm
Friday, August 30th – Singing In The Woods, Nashville, MI @ 6pm
(The location is on M-79, just to the east of Mooville Ice Cream Store)
Jubilee In The Sun Gospel Music Cruise
Many of you know The Thurstons are part of a Gospel Music Cruise that takes place every January. This year’s cruise leaves the port on Saturday, January 25, 2020 and returns on Thursday, January 30, 2020. Stops include Amber Cove, Domincan Republic, and Grand Turk, Tueks & Caicos. This trip departs from Port Canaveral, FL and includes great food, and great Gospel Music. The Artists lineup includes, The Thurstons, Jonathan White, The Guardians, Ann Downing, Billy Huddleston, Jamey Ragle, The Burchfield Brothers, and many more.

Radio Single
We received word that our radio single, “Love That Led to Grace” is doing very well. We’ll keep you updated in the next few weeks, but we are in hopes of a top 80 charting song with this one. Thank you for calling your local radio stations and requesting The Thurstons. We appreciate it so much.
