Hey Everyone,

I hope my e mail finds you doing well and walking in the blessings of the Lord. We enjoyed a nice weekend at home with family, did some golfing and motorcycle riding, and really enjoyed being in our home church on Sunday. Monty was able to get to a U of M football game with his son and even went and attended a concert on Sunday night. He said it was nice to sit and enjoy the music. We don’t always get time to do this when we’re working concert events.

I’m excited that we’re into the fall. This is my favorite time of the year. I don’t like that it always seems to go by too fast, but so did the summer. It doesn’t seem possible we’re into September, but here we are. Our fall schedule is filled with all kinds of fun and exciting concerts and church services. Let me take a few minutes and tell you about a few things that you won’t want to miss.

November 9th & 10th – 2 Cities – 2 Locations
A Thurston Homecoming – Celebrating our 20th Year!!
The Thurstons and special guest Brian Free & Assurance will be together at the following locations:

Saturday/November 9th – Family Altar Chapel, Battle, Creek, MI @ 6pm
Sunday/November 10th – House of Prayer, Haslett, MI @ 6pm

Admission is Free and an offering will be received to help support these two ministries. We’re expecting a full house both nights, so plan to get there early to get a good seat. This is going to be a great Homecoming series.

January 13 – 18, 2025 We are cruising on the Jubilee in the Sun Gospel Music Cruise. We have a great line up, including Steve Ladd, The Guardians, The Thurstons, The Burchfield Brothers, and many more. This is an exciting week and we still have cabins available. To make your reservation, call 865. 278. 3681 and save your spot. The pricing starts at just $699 per person, based on double occupancy.

We are already scheduling for 2025. If we’re not yet set to be with you at your church or concert event, reach out to us and we’ll get a date on hold and look forward to sharing our music and ministry with you all.

We’re off this weekend. Many of you know that Marni is a competitive weight lifter. She lifts at the World’s Competition in FINLAND. How about that…She is on her way to the Hall of Fame. Please pray she has a safe trip and that she stays strong and healthy. I’m really excited for her.

There are many more things I’ll be sharing with you in the near future, but for right now I’ve probably shared enough for now.
